Corey Waldrop is the founder and CEO of Motiv Ventures, a Texas-based development firm rooted in innovation and long-term community impact. His career in residential construction began in 2007, following his attendance at Texas Christian University (TCU), where his passion for real estate developed through hands-on work and strategic mentorship.

Before launching Motiv Ventures, Corey founded and led Fort Worth Dallas Real Estate, a successful real estate investment firm, where he built a 12-year track record of profitable projects across the DFW metroplex, which continues to this day.

Over the years, he has overseen the design and delivery of more than 100 custom and luxury homes, earning a reputation for quality craftsmanship and winning awards in competitive high-end residential markets.

In addition to his real estate credentials, Corey holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University, where he also completed degrees in Health Science and Anatomy. His unique blend of clinical discipline and creative thinking continues to inform his approach to striking a balance between vision and operational execution.

Corey’s leadership was recognized by Builder Savvy Magazine in 2019, and long before that, he made national headlines as the youngest angler to qualify for the ESPN Bassmaster Elite Series in 2008, an achievement featured in Sports Illustrated.
