Driven by Family. Rooted in Fort Worth. Grounded in Faith.

I’m Fort Worth born and raised, the product of a middle-class family built on hard work, humility, and a whole lot of love. I was raised by people who believed in showing up for others, doing the right thing even when no one’s watching, and giving back whenever you’ve got something to give.

That foundation has shaped everything about the way I live, work, and lead today.

I’m a husband to an incredible woman, a father to three beautiful girls, and like many of you, I think about the future through their eyes; the kind of world I want to help build for them. Every decision I make, whether it’s on a job site, in a business deal, or at the dinner table, comes back to this simple truth: legacy isn’t what you leave behind, it’s what you live every day.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me near the water, fishing, wakesurfing, or just spending time outdoors with the people I love. I believe in play, in slowing down, and in the little moments that become the big ones: watching my girls learn, grow, and become who they’re meant to be.

Giving back is a huge part of our family’s life. While we don’t broadcast where or how we give, service is woven into everything we do. Whether it’s lending a hand to someone going through a tough time or quietly supporting causes close to our hearts, we believe generosity isn’t a marketing strategy; it’s a way of life.

This site is part of that mission. Not to talk about myself, but to open a conversation. About leadership, family, faith, and how we rise—together.

Thank you for being here and being a part of this journey.

You’re Not Alone

Let’s be honest: real information rarely sells anymore. We live in an age where drama drives clicks, and the loudest voices, true or not, often drown out the ones rooted in honesty. There’s even neuroscience to back it up. When we consume gossip, outrage, or conflict,...
